Questions
Do I need to install an app or log in?
No. StoreMedic only reads the product data your store already shows to every visitor.
Why does it say my store has no public feed?
Shopify stores publish their product data at /products.json by default. Some stores switch that off,
or sit behind bot protection that blocks automated requests. When that happens, StoreMedic can't read the store.
Does it work on stores that aren't on Shopify?
Not yet. Right now StoreMedic reads Shopify stores only.
Do you store my data?
No. Our server fetches your public feed and passes it straight to your browser, where every check runs. We don't save results. If you use AI rewrite, that one product's text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write the new version.
How is the score calculated?
Each product starts at 100. A high-impact problem costs 15 points, a medium one 8 and a low one 3. Your store score is the average across all products checked.
